I dropped off prescriptions at store #10645 on Lake Road in Dyersburg,TN yesterday around 12:30 and went to pick up about 2:30. I have 4 prescriptions on 2 sheets of paper. I received 3 prescriptions and without knowing that I went home. I then noticed and called the pharmacy and ask about some cough medicine that was supposed to be on prescription. I was told yes it was on there but they did not have it and had not been able to get it which is normal for them. They do not have a lot of medicine you need. I ask why I was not told when I picked up all other meds. Lady said it was put on hold and she guess it was noticed. So, I ask if you didn't have could they have called the doctor to see if it could have been changed to another. I also ask if they checked with one of the other pharmacies in town. Lady told me they were to busy to do any of that. These is the normal customer service yonever use thu receive from there. They do not have that much business, maybe a couple in store and a couple in the drive through that I have seen and using them for about 5-4 years. I needed this med so I sent there and had them to explain how I could get it. They were so rude and would not help so Had them to transfer all scripts to Walgreen and I finally got my meds. Never use again.
Desired outcome: Nothing, worst customer service I have ever had in my life from a pharmacy.
