On Saturday 02/11/2023 at approximately 6:30 pm I went into this establishment at 6722 Maynardville Hwy. Knoxville, Tn.37918 & placed a to go order. My total bill was $60.26. I ordered the Family Feast with with the fish & chicken & shrimp & 3 sides included. I also ordered 2 extra pint sides. I DID Not get the mac& cheese in which I paid extra for. Also they charged me the 36.99 for the feast package which was correct, but then charged me for each side. I live 21 miles away & by the time I got home to feed my family & realized that the order was charged wrong & short items it was around 8pm. I tried 3 different times to call, no answer. Today is Wednesday & I still cannot get an answer. Also, the okra & slaw was supposed to be enough to feed 4 & the okra wasn't even a whole order & in the pint cup, the slaw was only half full. I remember the 2 girls there & one said the lobby was closing & the other one said that she double checked my order & that they were closing, so I left. Also, no to go silverware or napkins were included. I am writing you in hopes that you can do something about this as this is the second time that I have had a mess with my order. The first time I let it go, but not this time.

Desired outcome: I would actually like a refund or coupons for free meals or some kind of restitution. I do have my receipt. The reference # is : 383043014919766VLRJ.
