Spent $31.40 on 2 Shrimp Skewer Dinners. The shrimp was only cooked on one side and was raw on the other side. The baked potato's were so cold they wouldn't melt butter. They have us hot potatoes but said the shrimp was cooked to order and there was nothing they could do. When l asked if they could cook other side she said no. Also said everytime were in there we complain, which is untrue. Very rude will NEVER go back!
Desired outcome: Would appreciate a refund.I took a friend out to lunch and it was completely ruined!!!
Captain D's - Manager is racially harassing my daughter
My daughter is being racially harassed at this location by a Manager, Kimberly Raymer. Ms. Raymer created a fake text message stating that my daughter quit her job and now my daughter who just graduate, just turned 18 and trying to work is not working anymore. When I called Ms. Raymer to question the text message she hung up in my face, and this is a manager that your company has in a leadership position. I have asked for a screen shot of the text message that I was allowed to read on another manager's phone, no one has replied. When the manager and I read the text message together, I asked why does this conversation have two May dates and this alleged conversation happened on Sunday, July 5th. Ms. Raymer pieced together a message so that my daughter will no longer have a job. I want something done about this. I want a return telephone call from someone regarding this matter and how it will be handled. It is scary to think that you have an employee who will target a young high school graduate by committing fraud and making up message, so she ends up unemployed. I haven't mentioned how she works on her off days, works double shifts with no break ( I know this is a Labor Law violation-I work in HR), but because she loves her job I let it be.
