Office Depot - Unsanitary bathroom
I am lodging a complaint against the office depot/office max, located at 5510 poplar ave, memphis, tn., 38119. I was at this location today to pick up some customized envelopes I had ordered. Before I left I went in the men's bathroom. I was appalled at what I saw. This was one of the filthiest bathroom (for a reputable business store) I have ever seen. The inner toilet was spotted with feces. The sink looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. The floors were very unclean, with stains all over the walls. I reported my concern to one of the male employees, who said he would look at it. However, he did not appear to take me seriously at all. I will be going back to this location in about a week to see if the bathroom has been cleaned and properly sanitized. If not, I will be contacting the memphis department of sanitation. I should have taken photos.
I hope this matter will be taken seriously, as I believe store customers deserve to use a clean bathroom. Thank you. David glover, [protected]@yahoo.com [protected].

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
