Best Buy - Warranty

My wife and I purchased a washer/dryer pair about 6 months ago, along with a treadmill. We also purchased the warranty on all items. Last month, the treadmill stopped turning on. We have contacted Best Buy multiple times and are told our issue is not covered, even though nobody has even bothered to come take a look at it. Extremely disappointed, to say the least. If this goes unresolved, will never shop there again, and am even considering legal action.

Desired outcome: Repair unit as promised in warranty agreement.

Best Buy - Poorest customer service

Ordered three appliances two weeks ago because we were told all three appliances were in stock at the store and would be installed on a specific date. Established a installation date and provided our telephone number as well as the phone number and address where appliance's were to be installed, which was yesterday February 22nd.
Date came no phone calls and no appliances were delivered or installed. Started attempting to contact the Murfreesboro, TN. store and after numerous calls and being put on hold for hours (no exaggeration) I could never get anyone to really help so I got in my vehicle and went to the Bowling Green Ky. Best Buy hoping someone there could help me the manager there did tell me one problem was they were using a old telephone number I had years ago so when they didn't get a answer they penalized us and pushed the delivery date back another week which is a couple with their 2 small children without a stove because they didn't put in the correct information.
So once again I gave him the correct number and ask him to please correct it for the second time he said he did and he also gave me the name of the manager in Murfreesboro Tn. which was Shawn.
Started trying again to call and talk to Shawn I was told he wouldn't answer the phone so they sent him a email giving him info on the situation and was told he would call me he never did so once again started trying to get ahold of him again today 23rd called and was on hold for him 1 hour and 20 minutes he never picked up the phone to help me.
Called Best Buy Corporate office and are still waiting on some resolution.
So what we have determined is the old number from years ago was used in calling for confirmation of delivery which was not the number I gave them
It is evident that after Best Buy was paid for the appliances they have a system to which does not allow for any customer service as they make it impossible to talk to any live employee and when you do they put you on hold forever. They do not have any desire to provide any customer inquiries unless you place a order via internet.
We have been a customer of Best Buy on several occasions in the past but will make sure to let everyone know your lack of customer service
