I sign up at crunch gym early February, the team staff member was assisting me, signing me as a member but the one who help sign me up was the one I had a conflict with, I was being accused the first time because she was making Allegations about me saying I made her feel uncomfortable and it wasn’t true I prove the first time I had no interest and walked away from the situation, the next day the staff member’s boyfriend approached me Threatening me about the situation which I didn’t do anything wrong, I spoken to the manager of crunch fitness about what happen and from that day it was over it. A few weeks had passed and I just got finished my workout I sat on the couch Waiting for my ride and the staff member’s Boyfriend came back threatening me again about the same problem I reported

To the manager about it again I gave the manager my number and told-’em to call me

To handle that problem because I didn’t know what’s going on, I gotten a call back and one of the investigators told me they were going to suspend my membership and then investigate head on. I called today as of march 28,2022 I spoken to the manager

Name Brittany on the phone about the status of the problem and she told me that the staff member was feeling uncomfortable again which is i thought we cleared that the first time Now she was saying that another staff member Was complaining about me about the same thing saying I was their late night talking to another staff member on march 16,2022 I asked the manager Brittany who was the other staff member name and what time I was talking to this second staff member and she couldn’t tell me who she is and what time that was, Brittany wasn’t being reasonable with me and she also

Accusing me about the situation then hang up the phone on me I wanted to clear my name and all that was going on and I felt injustice about the situation so I’m writing to you for help because what they doing was unfair and it’s not right because what your team staff member’s were really Harassing me and they trying to kick me out their gym for no reason, Im confuse because I don’t say anything to anybody I stay to myself all the time and that’s why I’m confused about the whole thing so I want to take Legal action right now thank you.
