My medication (Humira) that requires to stay cold was delivered to the pharmacy on 1/8/20. On 1/14/20 when I hadn't received a text or phone call letting me know it was ready I stopped by the store. I was told it wasn't there, then after phone call to my insurance company I was told it was delivered 1/8/20 at 2:12 pm and gave the employee name that signed for it. Upon further searching the pharmacist found the unopened box under the counter. It had set there for 6 days without anyone opening the box. So my medicine spoiled. Here it is a week later and I still do not have my replacement medication. When I called today the pharmacist said that it is saying processing since 1/16/20 (it is usually shipped overnight) thru CVS Specialty pharmacy. What is the hold up? Can you please find out?
