Sometime between 5:00 and 8:00 on February 12th and 23rd my mother was on the first floor in building d speaking to someone about some clothes that they said she was told she could go through before they were thrown away. That's when she noticed on your security guard Max watching her from the other end of the hall. She didn't proceed to get on the elevator to go up to our floor for three and building and he proceeded to follow her on to the elevator asking her questions like how long she's been here what room she's in. It made her feel extremely uncomfortable to the point where she will not come out of the room without somebody now. Then around 10:00 tonight I get a message from a friend while we're out doordashing that this same guard is not only at our door standing leaning and trying to listen through the door shine a light around our door and at one point even tried to turn it off to go in the room. A security officer's job is typically to observe and report not harass and interrogate the people who live here I'm taking this straight to corporate something needs to be done about this new guard. I appreciate the fact of getting all the drug and refractor crap out of here is needed but not at the sake of making our own residents feel uncomfortable and unsafe. So after receiving the message about the security guard hanging around our door and trying to go in the door we ended our dash and headed back to the room. Upon arrival the same guard is standing outside of our building I walked up to him and asked him his name he wanted to know why I told him how he made my mother feeling uncomfortable. He then got defensive threatening to write a report on me but false accusations was just completely inaccurate and threatening to kick me off property although I am a registered tenant. I feel this guy is on a power trip. He should know who the tenants are before he begins harassing people who live there. and since he made a comment that already being in my mother's child and seeing her ID that he should have known I was there too I should have been a smart-[censored] to me when I say he made her feel uncomfortable.

I've been living at this Budget Suites in Addison for nearly 3 years. For the last year I've had trouble with a clerk. She has stolen mail at the request of an aunt that has been prostituting here for the duration of my stay. She and other females have been stalking and harassing me and my sons. I've been diagnosed with 2 new illnesses, kidney failure due to high blood pressure. And adhd because they're constantly screaming at me. They have also been using my fiancee and he's part of the things they've stolen. They vandalized my vehicle in front of the glass doors of our building. I never knew we had cameras but it was towed because the OnStar was removed. I've made reports to the post master and post inspector of Addison. Also to Dallas county protective order division, police chief of Addison, APS, I'm disabled. Their names are Celina Cervantes Office staff, she's also prostituting here and selling drugs on property. Diana Marie Diaz, aunt who has stolen mail, assaulted my son, stalked us to Dr appointments, stolen prescriptions, has HIV and trying to infect me, they have hacked into all our phones and used personal information, debit card numbers, stolen eBay funds 1800.$, stalking us everywhere we go. The others involved are her daughters Marie Gil Diaz Maloberti, Crystal Rene Guzman, Yulema Suarez, Yvonne Treviño, Tony Garcia. I've talked to management continuously and there hasn't been any changes. I've been waiting to be moved and I'm still waiting on the transfer. For the last 2 or 3 weeks I've been charged late fees and not been late, by Celina and a new female clerk.
