On April 14, 2023 I purchased some furniture from Ashley on sales order [protected], a sofa, a loveseat and 2 square end tables, a total of $1,380.25 and John Fleming was the trusted advisor.
As per attached Ashley invoice, John Fleming indicated under signature that a $50.00 delivery credit plus tax would be processed, and he said that he would do it right away. I also spoke to John Fleming over the phone about not yet receiving the $50.00 delivery charge credit before I left Florida on April 28th.
As of May 23rd, no credit of $50.00 for delivery charges promised by John Fleming has been received.
While still in Siesta Key, I also phoned the Sarasota Ashley store and complained about the 2 square end tables that were purchased being received unassembled, when my husband specifically asked John Fleming if the tables come assembled and was informed that they are delivered assembled, and an employee at the Sarasota store calculated a credit of $74.00 and informed me that it would be processed. As of May 23rd, no credit of $74.00 for table assembly that I was told would be processed by a Sarasota store employee has been received.
John Fleming was e-mailed at [protected]@ashleyfurniture.com on May 16th (copy below) with regards to the $50.00 delivery charge credit, but no response was received from him.
I e-mailed [protected]@ashleyfurniturehomestore.com and copied John Fleming at [protected]@ashleyfurniture.com on May 18th (copy below) 2 days later regarding the $50.00 delivery charge credit, but received no response from either of them.

On May 16, 2023, I sent an e-mail to John Fleming with regards to a $50 plus tax delivery credit that was not applied to my Mastercard going back to a furniture purchase that was made on April 14, 2023 on Ashley Furniture sales order [protected], and I have not received any response from him, and this matter has dragged on long enough.
In his own hand writing and under signature, as per attached documents, Mr Fleming wrote "$50.00 Credit on Delivery."
Please advise as to when a credit will be applied to my Mastercard to finally clear this matter.

As per attached Ashley invoice, you indicated under signature that a $50 delivery credit plus tax would be processed, and you said that you would do it right away.
Today is May 16th 2023, over a month later, and to date, no such credit has been processed.

Desired outcome: Credit for $50.00 plus tax for delivery charge, plus a table assembly credit of $74.00 plus tax.

I purchased $15000 worth of furniuture in Novemeber 2021. At ther time of my purchase I was told all the items were in stock except for my bedroom set which would be in in late december. Approximately two weeks later I was contacted about the delivery of my dining room and living room furniture. My dining room chairs and living room tables were delivered but not the dining room table or sofa and loveseat. I was told they would be on the next delivery. After two weeks of waiting, I called the store to ask about the delivery and was told all my items were on backorder and would not be delivered until March 2022. I was told that since I accepted the previous items they could not be returned and I would just have to wait. Delivering part of my order to me is all just a big scam so that your order won't be canceled. I will never shop with Ashley Furniture again.
Desired outcome: Refund my order
