I went in to request for 74 copies to be made, as I had only cash with me. The manager said that I would have to wait until tomorrow, as she had 2 drop off that would be ahead of me, or I could use the self service. I said that I didn't have a card, only cash. She said that I could buy a gift card and do it myself. Then proceeded to ring it up and then spent over 5 minutes showing me how to operate the machine. I said that in less than half of the time she has spent showing me all of this, I could have already had my copies and then been out the door. She very rudely said, "yes, and I would still be behind on my orders". I replied, well, your behind still, by showing me how to operate the machine."the machine would only allow me to go in and print one at a time, and took over a minute per page through the process. I requested a refund from the manager, and she said that she could not issue a refund, and I would just have to stand there and print them out if I wanted them. I requested a manager, and she said that she is the manager. I then said that I would call the corporate office, and she said,"call them, i'll give you the number. They aren't going to do anything anyway." she is extremely rude. Her name is netti.
