Went to metro to get quotes for 2 phones. I was quoted $130. So I go back the next day and told the clerk about the quotes and was shocked when the same night one phone turned off and took it back. Oh no problem there's a glitch then she fixed it while so I found she. The manager over charged me $20 a case. She said yeah it was infuriating
She told me $10 a case so I got them now the charges say$30 a case. The one who waited on me was the manager. Said no refund. One phone w glitch keeps turning off.
Desired outcome: My money back. And 2 months free service
