We had been looking forward to eating at Popeyes after it had been closed for a month or so. First of all we arrive and there is a super long line to order inside, I see there is like 20 or so employees just going back and forth, only one register open and taking forever, as I am waiting I start seeing employees just hatting doing nothing in the doorway and they had a sign on the men's restroom that it was not working and employee women start going in there and then I see a male employee that was using the women' s restroom walkout. when I finally get to place my order the employee at the registered waits for me give the order and tells me to wait that she does NOT understand english and gets someone else to take my order. I get my order and it is wrong after she repeats it to me at the register, chicken and fries are cold even though with all the people there it would seem it would be hot and fresher. The ice machine is out of ice so we ask a clerk if we can get some and they give the cups back with not even half the cup filled up I ask if I can get more and the tell me there was a shortage of ice, REALLY for being a business. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POPEYE'S.
