My prescription had been placed by the doctor over 2 weeks ago and it still had not been filled so I decided to call. That was a big mistake - I was on hold for over 45 mins. The pharmacy tech was extremely un professional with her tone and attitude. She was inconvenienced by my call and my need for my medication and showed zero empathy towards me the customer.
I the patient was out of my required medication. It was clear that they had dropped the ball and failed to fill or follow up. I will take my business someplace else
