I have received rotten mangos a few times already in my delivery or my pick up orders . this last time I actually ate some before realizing it was bad as I got sick and reported this to corporate I also went to store with my rotten mangos i then explained to customers service rep and pretty much tells me well you can't get refund but you can go exchange for another package..I need to include this is 2 DAYS after I RECEIVED my order that I went into store..ok so I go to produce to get replacement and I see all produce every package was bad ..I grabbed about 10 packages laid out on floor took pictures then put 3 back walked with 7bto customer service asking for manager I explained and show him he says what is the issue well liok at that and smell it he says no I tell him about product section he says il look into in a min like really tour gonna blow me off and customers health ..walked away looked from outside and not one employee approached the produce section.so I spoke to corporate customer service and made a claim spoke with a claim specialist and now I received a letter telling me it does not comply with there claims and that produce company will reach out to me..so now I'm out 6 days of income and hospital bill along with medications and so now im about yo reach out to the FDA and LOCAL NEWS OUTLETS THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR THE PUBLIC ..
I then took this to corporate also almost forgot as I put another pick up order 2weeks later I got spoiled mangos again from a different location this time
Desired outcome: get my income and settle hospital bill .would like a new Walmart policy start having few daily checks on produce it
