I have been calling this Pharmacy for 2 days and no one answer the phone are pick up the phone I have to get a ride to go there but when I go, they say my medicine is not ready and I don't think it's fair for them to not pick up the phone.
I am senior Citizen, and I can't afford to catch a ride just to see if my medicine is ready when they can tell me before I leave my house this is so sad of your company how they treat people you need to close it down if you're not going to do the right this for senior citizen it your company is a poor excuse for this it's just sad I stay on hold from that Saturday morning until it was time for them to go to lunch and I call back at 2:10 in the evening no one they was closing and here it is Sunday morning again from 2pm it's 4:51 pm no one pick up people are sick and they needs they medication you needs to stop them or fire them.
Desired outcome: Nothing happens and they need to do better than what they are doing with this CVS right at this place 3401 Tidwell 77093 They are terrible. PICK UP THE DAM PHONE AND LET PEOPLE KNOW IF THEY MEDCINE READY [censored]
CVS - Threat
date of incident: 08/02/2020. I made a purchase in the store, the item was a bogo sale. I forgot my glasses at time of purchases and didn't see how to add my membership and was charge full price for item. After sale was completed I notice that I didn't get the sale. I ask the sales associate for assistant in getting a refund. He showed me what I should have done at the beginning of sale to get the sale price. He told me that they don't open the register after 8 p.m., I asked can I get the refund in the Pharmacy, he said no, I ask how do I get the refund, his reply, I just called the police on someone else. So I left. All I wanted to know was How do I get my refund. I felt threaten by employee implication on getting police involved over something simple as how to get a refund. I felt that I was racially profiled by the employee.
Desired outcome: request a refund and stop the racial profiling.
