If I could give them a negative 5 I would. I have never been so disappointed with a company as I am with PetSmart about my animals stay at the hotel located in Houston TX at 9718 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77055. My pets were in perfect condition when I dropped them off. Now my great Dane has deep bruising around his neck from being strangled and dragged with the leashes they use. His tail looks as if it was slammed in the door but I was told he had Happy Tail and this is how he injured it. He wags his tail all the time and has never cut the tip off. My girl Great Dane is traumatized and was shaking when I picked her up. She has diarrhea. I was called everyday of my vacation at 7:15 am to tell me one my boy dog has been suspended from day camp but yet I don't believe he was allowed to come out at all or the girl. I asked them to feed them no grain dog food which I don't think they did. When I picked them up I was overcharged for the service and told I was being billed for medication that no one had approved by me to be administered. I was charged for exit baths that were included in the platinum pack. Nick store clerk was very rude and inconsiderate of my concerns. He was very aggressive and made me feel as if he would attack me. This leads me to believe he was abusing my pets. The general manager was nice but had a answer for me formed already with no consideration to the charges I had incurred. My dogs have deep bruises and are displaying a very nervous behavior.
