To whom it may concern;

Today Thursday November 7th, I went Into the Popeye's store # 2202 at 3:30 pm. I had four people ahead of me. I notice that the manager Shonnise was talking bad to the employees and also with a bad look on her face and had an attitude with the customers. The customer in front of me was not very happy because her order was just sitting for 15 minutes on the oven in front of us. She asked the manager if she could have the order and she replied by saying "wait for your order to be complete" well, the order was complete but kept making her wait. After waiting a several minutes it was then my turn. She didn't bother to say "can I help you or are you ready order.

So after waiting for 30 minutes to put my order in, I ordered one spicy chicken sandwich, 9 peace tenders specials with 4 biscuits, mash & gravy and beans & rice to go. I literally waited 30 more minutes to get my order and while I was waiting, she was doing something in the back. When she returned, I asked her if I could have my order that was sitting there for several minutes, she gave it to me. When I received my order, I had assumed everything was accurate and would be exactly what I had ordered. When I got home, I sat down with the family and open the box. I noticed that I did not have my chicken tenders and the chicken sandwich was oily and cold, like it had been seating in grease for several hours. I'm was very upset do to the fact that my family was hungry and waiting for the food. I received 9 peace chicken with bone in all greasy too. I called to let the manager know of what just happened and I could not get anybody to answer the phone.

I'm very disappointed with Popeye's Chicken. I love this place but today was not a good day to eat here.

I like for someone to follow up on this and let me know what your correct of action is on this matter.
