This is the worst pharmacy. Pharmacy manager and staff are incompetence in handling the drive thru. Many times the drive thru line is being held up by some idiotic customers sitting there waiting for their prescriptions to be filled while there's a long line of people waiting. The store manager and staff do not take actions in handling those people either to tell to move or to comeback at later time. Many customers are behind in line got frustrated and left. On this night, I waited literally about 30 minutes and got no where. After 30 minutes in the drive thru, I had to come in the store to pick up my prescription and that was when I found out that the customer was waiting for their prescriptions to be filled. I confronted the pharmacy manager in charge that night and the staff about this problem. All they did was to nod if off and and said that they couldn't call the police. This is not the first time that I have encountered this problem at this pharmacy. I believe that new guidelines and new training need to offer to this location so they can provide better service to other customers. When customers come in the store, they don't stand there and hold up the line so in the drive thru should be handle the same way.
