I ordered a Tub and Surround Wall on 9/11 to be shipped to Huntsville, Tx. store. I was told it would be there 9/19, I had contractor scheduled. The date changed to 9/20, then all weekend it never arrived. On Monday 9/23, still not arrived. I was lied to again. I was told it shipped from Houston on 9/20 to Huntsville, but that's only a 1 hour drive. I was told the truck had to STOP AT EVERY HOME DEPOT STORE IN HOUSTON. Don't tell me that a shipment that shipped 9/11 out of Ohio, to Huntsville takes over 13 days to get to a location! I have texted your Customer Service at 386-98 and you can see my "text feed" for my order #W939048564, I have been given the run-around, not a clear answer to WHERE HAS MY TUB BEEN? You took my MONEY IMMEDIATELY, and did not honor your delivery date. Home Depot does not care about "Customers" they have employees who are rude and have no intention of helping solve a problem. What's wrong with you? That's how your business grew to the mega business it is today "Us Customers"! Try honesty and Pleasing your customers! I hope Mr Craig A. Menear actually sees the complaints that are made. When a customer actually takes the time to make a complaint, just imagine how many customers don't even bother. I suggest corporate Home Depot check out all the complaints online people are making! They are legitimate complaints and something needs to be done, that is if anyone actually cares anymore about "pleasing it's customers". Sorry for the Caps, but I am extremely upset and that's the only way I get my frustration out. I don't need another stroke from stress. My solution, is for someone to contact your store in Huntsville put an emphasis on the urgency of getting my Tub and Surround wall off the Truck and call me immediately. I have been waiting since Thursday to pick up my Tub and Surround Wall.
