Just visited your location at 1711 N. Beltline Rd., Irving TX 75061 3pm placed my order at the drive thru. The young lady gave me a price. I told here I was not finished ordering. Gave her the rest of my order. When I got to the window, she gave me a price and I replied to her that it had to be more than that. I placed two different items... a combo and a single piece and side. She insisted that I only ordered the 1 piece and 1 side. I said no, and repeated my order. At this point she is yelling to me. I ask her why she is yelling at me. I said I wanted someone else to wait on me for the fact that she had no customer service skills. Another lady comes to the window, I repeat my order. I asked for the previous lady's name and she replies, she's my sister. So I said then you know her name. I ask again, she closes the window and ignores my question. I ask for the manager twice and she says the young lady who waited on me is Elizabeth. Whether that is her real name, I don't know. When she hands me my purchase I tell her I asked for your manager twice for which she replies she is busy. I tell her, customers make up this business. If she won't talk to me, then maybe she will speak to someone from your corporate office. My experience with this location is uncalled for and that the manager would not address an issue like one of her employees yelling to a customer is inconceivable. Bad customer service both by employee and manager. Will take my business elsewhere.
