Nick cuddingham manager for the laredo tx market was not able to service our party of 12, 7 adults and 5 kids. The location was not pack full his reasons were not enough waiters to wait our tables. Unacceptable service for a monday when flow is low. What would it be on a weekend? Don't want to even think about it. Manager lost some good customer's and some great reviews.
Manners for the hostess, whonwas very very rude, and manager need something that really needs training in the back end. Recommendation customer service 101 urgently. The hostess didn't wanted to provide her name, but this incident took place on monday november 3, 2019 at 7:30 pm. At the laredo tx restaurant. Unfortunately, this is not the first time it happens, at another incident, it happend the same thing in a gathering with my family, but that time the waiter that was greeted us made arrangements to fit us in, because again, the hostess was very rude. Talking to friends, I heard that tgos happens very often, you need to really check this, or will loose customers.
