CVS - Pharmacy

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Rudest Pharmacist ever.

I am an elderly and disabled man 70 yrs. old, with major depression, and most recently diagnosed with a heart condition. My Dr. writes a particular prescription, and specifies it to be fill under a certain brand name. A pharmacist there (at 119 W. Marshall Ave. Longview Tx.) has been refusing to fill it that way for a YEAR, or more... I have called CVS Complaint Dept. numerous times about this. Today, I went to the pharmacy after ordering said medicine on the CVS phone app. I never received a call about whether it had been filled or not, so I got a ride to the pharmacy. (it's a block away and I do not have a car, and can usually walk to get my prescriptions) As usual, the medicine was not filled, and the particular pharmacist I have had all the trouble with said he was out of that medicine, when an employee said, "no, I have it right here." I told him I was very tired of this problem with my medication. He ran to the counter, and said "I'm tired of you threatening me every time you come here..!" I said "I haven't threatened ANYONE that I know of..!" He then said "You have threatened to kill me and my mother...!" Well, he didn't know that the lady I get rides from was standing behind me, and didn't have a clue she was with me. She said "He NEVER said anything like that to you." The pharmacist then called the police and had me CT'd from the store (filed Criminal Trespass) I have had my meds there for 12 years, and usually walk to my pharmacy. I have never had a problem there, other than HIM, AT THAT STORE, and I'm friendly with all the employees there, and always have been. I have had NO crimes against anyone. (not even a parking ticket for 32 years.) I have called this in to CVS Complaint Dept. NUMEROUS times, and they do NOTHING, and it resulted in me moving all my prescriptions to Kroger's a mile away, where it's difficult to walk all that way. I am ready to take this to an attorney, now. Store employees were like "what's going on, Bryan?" I said "The pharmacist just filed criminal trespass on me"... The employees were all SHOCKED, to say the least. Like I said, I am going to look for the best attorney I can to handle this. JUST UNREAL..!

Desired outcome: I will seek an attorney to handle this
