I took my ring in. They've had it for 2 months. Called each week and went to the store. Was always told it's being repaired. Finally after 2 months they tell me it was damaged during repair... They said I would get a credit and would not be getting my ring back. [censored]. I told her I want my ring even if it wasn't fixed. My receipt says if not repaired, retuned to customer. This is unacceptable. Service. I will have to get legal involved in this. Not running around anymore with this [censored].
