I came in to spray tan, the girl goes to the booth to clean . So I go in get naked slather w a primer and the other cream that's provided . I go into the booth and it won't work, I look at the little screen and it has an alert that it won't continue due to a #16 error. I'm upset because she failed to check to c if it was ready to go in all aspects. I had to put my clothes back on w all of that cream after cream on . Plus they were out of the bronzer. But when I went to the desk the girl had a smirk when I told her I was upset. It was embarrassing that it happened. Could've been avoided if she had inspected. It's her job to do so .
