Continued excessive charges on my creditcard. They continue to charge $ 66.03, when the companies' representative insisted he would refund the past charge, and only charge (about) 26 dollars, every mionth! Also, they deny receiving a returned DVD receiver (The UPS person warned me about this occuring repeatedly with Dish Network!). Enough is enough! I do not want to do any business with this Company that excessively bills my credit card, lies to me on the telephone, and denies receiving (when i have receipt!)the return of their equipment!... HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, this company is so unethical its amazing they are allowed to continue operating. I made a call to C.S. to order a 2nd receiver. Simple process you would think. Wrong, the girl I spoke with was a complete idiot, I believe it was her first day and they forgot to train her. She processed my order, a few days later I checked my account and she charged me for 5 receivers, that was over $1, 000. It too me about 5 phone calls and numerous wasted hours to resolve the matter. Needless to say I no longer have DISH. THEY ARE A JOKE. DO NOT BE STUPID, YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITH NO CABLE, THAN DEALING WITH THESE THIEFS. They will try to cheat you any way they can. It has happened to me and to a certain degree many of my friends and acquaintances.
