On September 18, I walked into Popeyes at around 5:30, I walked up to the counter to ordered, after I paid, I told the young man. I'm going to the bathroom to wash my hands. As I was walking towards the bathroom door, I slipped on water that was on the floor by the doorway I saw a large amount of water My toes got tore up and broke the skin and hurt my hip. I got up slowly. I went to the counter, and I told the young man that I had fallen going into the lady's bathroom. He didn't say anything at first, I said to him look at my feet, because my skin tore, he looked and said "oh wow" okay, obviously the young man didn't care, he was smiling. I looked at him and said I fell there's an amount of water going into the lady's bathroom. He went to grab a mop and went to mop it up, then he went to manager. who was a tall young man name Juan. I can hear them talking and laughing telling him that, "the lady fell Juan" Juan said OKAY and? The manger continues to work. He doesn't care if a customer fell at his job. I told him I wanted a refund, he called someone on the phone to get an approval gave me a refund and walked away. RUDE!
Desired outcome: I didn't sleep due to my hip hurting. Whoever owns this restaurant should go in there and see how they operate your business. The outcome? be respectful. Laura Molina -[protected] [protected]@gmail.com
