For at least two weeks CVS pharmacy has been advertising Charmin Essentials 12 rolls equals 48. I have been to the several stores over the past two weeks and no one has the product. Today on 3/28/21 again an circular came out with this product as part of the $10 Gift Card promotion.
I went into two stores and neither had the product. When I went into the Murphy Tx store they did not have it. When I asked the manager, Tailen Nguyen, if we could substitute a different Charmin product that was listed as 12 rolls equals 48 rolls, she said "no" but took me back to aisle and could only find the two packages of 6 rolls equals 24 rolls. But when I asked for a substitution she could not do it. I asked to talk to the store manager and she called him, Jordan Stroud, but he would not speak to me or make the substitution.
Tailen search the area and found no CVS had the product. Jordan told her that they have not had the product for at least 4 months. Seems like a bait and switch going on here. I called the shop-CVS line and they could not help either. Called the corporate number and they were out of office.
Desired outcome: Give me correct product of make substitution
