On december 2, 2023 approximately 10:13 pm. Ordered through the drive thru a 12 piece Ghost pepper hot wing box like we normally do. Not only did we have to sit in the line 30 to 40 minutes when there was 2 cars one in front of us. I made the comment to my passenger they must have had to go collect chickens for their wings. Once we pulled up to the window the cashier was a little disrespectful. We received our order after arriving home which was about 5 minutes away. Opened the box and started laughing to each other because the wings were so small that it wasn't enough for one of us to eat like every other time we ordered them. So I had to find us something eles to eat I grant you that those 12 baby hot wings was not worth paying $12.44 when we eat at popeyes atleast 6 to 8 times a month and it's ghost pepper hot wings (as long as Popeyes has them on the menu). Except on Sunday's that's an 8 to 12 peice spicey chicken box. I tried to contact the store by phone last night and today but no answer so we went back up there. Walking in the store there was so much loudness in the back and behind the counter thru the kitchen it was a total mess. Employees just sliding from station to station.

Claimed loss: $12.00 for order and the time sitting in line to receive such a poor whimpy order of wings
Desired outcome: I feel that I should get a refund on that order along a compliment dinner for 2 of some sort or a upgraded box of ghost pepper hot wings and couple of drinks considering we are loyal customers.
