CVS - I may still file charges but would like to see those employees dealt with appropriately.

On December 6th, I hired a setter to stay with my husband who has alzeheimers. He is also retired from the military and was the suporvisor over security for the Dallas Cowboys. I am his wife of 37 years. I to am an office Ive worked both in uniform and undercover. I am very ill and currently disabled. My plan was to be able to get away for a few hrs and do my extreme couponing and go eat and then take the items to the homeless shelter. When I got done with my shopping, I was the only person in line to be checked out and I waited and waited and waited and there was one gentlmen who was on the phone and he was having it out with someone, I finally said can you help me and he said no, go check yourself out, I said where, he pointed and said there, I said I have a lot of coupons can you help me with them, he yelled no, im on the phone. GREAT. I checked all the items out and the first coupon was my CVS 30% off and it wouldnt scan, I ask him if he could help me and he said no again, now there are other customers, he checks out two, and I said can you please help me, he said we dont take coupons anymore. I said your kidding these are CVS coupons all but four. He said yea, I said no way. he said Get out of my Store, What why. Get out of my store, now. Why what is wrong, are you o.k. now hes checking out three more customers. The girl he is checking out says you need to wait, I said you were not here, I have been, I need help, I cant check out, they dont take coupons no more and I need these items scanned off my bill. He yelled at me so loud, I said I am an officer, I have called for help. I am not leaving your store, I have the right to shop here and I go to wait outside, he comes out I am on the phone with the police and he pulls a gun out of his pants, I first thought this is not real, I get in my car I start to drive away I am telling the police everything, The same girl that had been inside was now pulling up to him in a car and he hands her the gun and she takes off, I am now in front of the store and stopped in traffice but see the pollice are here. They wanted me to go to the hosptal I was shaking all over, We were in the parking lot across from the CVS Store at the Exon, and they wanted me to go over to CVS with them and file charges on him but I was going to have to go to court on all his charges to make sure he serves times liike he should. I am sick, very sick and I am not able to do that, The officers all 17 of them made me promise I would let the manager and the DM over CVS know what happened, You need to pull the serveillance and watch him. I did not do one thing accept beg for help, Another employee a female was standing behind me I ask her if she could help me so I could pay and go home and she made this face that was horrible I said whats wrong, what in the world is wrong with yall. I told that kid who said he was the manager and thats his store, that I was an officer and all I am asking is that he is o.k. and he will get someone to help me, and he just ontinued to scream and yelll get out of my store NOW. And the employee behind me I referred to her as his accomplis. I can still file charrges and may do so, on both him and his accomplis for what they have done. I serve and protect and I am a 60 year old female with no criminal record. I attend Church, my grandfather was the sheriff over the Gatesville State Pen and almost everyone in my familly serves and potects. I am hoping this will be dealt with appropriately and I and others will know that it is safe to return to our CVS store that I have been a member of for 30 years.

I need to be notified concerning my letter so I will know this has been read by the appropriate people. He said he was a manager so I obviously cannot send this to that store knowing it will get tossed into the trash. I am hoping this issue gets dealt with,
