Yesterday (09/17/19) I was doing a online order and when it was time to checkout the page said there was a problem with my card which led me to believe the card was not charged. I ended up not choosing to get subway and when I checked my bank statement later that day I saw there was a charge on my card for subway even though I did not pick up my order or submit the order through. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he told me that if I come in today (09/18/19) they would be able to replace the sandwich which was fine with me, but then about 15 min later he calls me back and says he spoke to the GM and she said they would not remake the sandwich because I did not call to let them know I wasn't picking up the sandwich and they have already used their products to make the initial sandwich, and she was not going to give me a refund either because they have used there products already. I am very upset that this has happened and I would like to know if I will be getting a refund or what is going to happen. This is very upsetting for me I don't feel this is being handled correctly by management within the store.
