Item: 16 Piece Mild Chicken Tenders Dinner
Complaint: Chicken was old, cold and a dead bug was stuck on a piece that was in the middle of the box.
Item: Cajun Fries
Complaint: A small order of fries was placed in the box that was suppose to hold a dinner order.
Item: Black Eyed Peas
Complaint: I did not receive an order of black eyed peas. I clearly heard the manager and 2 employees discussing that I placed an order for black eyed peas, in the English language, then switched their conversation to the Spanish language, apparently assuming that I would not understand them.
Request for refund:
I requested refund and will determine if I received it when the money has been placed into my bank account.
Desirable resolutions:
Please ensure that old chicken that has been sitting in a bin with a large amount of other chicken, is not served to any other clients. I understand bugs can be an accident, but when food items have been sitting in an open place for a long while, it is easy to attract bugs.
Please ensure that the order is served correctly and if food is not available, the client is made aware. Deliberately taking money for an item that is not available is theft. Theft is not acceptable.
For your information, food served the aforementioned location as well as the Preston Rd. location in Frisco, Texas is of very poor quality and has been for the last two years. I am sure about the quality issue because I moved from NW Louisiana 2 yrs ago. I have never had a quality problem with the food served since Popeye's opened in NWLA.
