We were at your West Valley City, Ut location on approx. 4000 West and 4800 So, on 9/28/15 at 8:35 PM. I went inside to place an order because the drive thru had 6 cars in line. There was 1 gentleman in front of me and the cashier seemed to be having trouble taking the order. When it was my turn I gave the casher my order, he read it back to me and it was wrong. He apologized an said it was his 1st day and he was having trouble looking up the right buttons, I had ordered 2, 2pc meals with white meat on both, original reciepe. Very easy I thought but that was OK. He called over 1 of the girls in the back to help him and when he did the boy at the drive up came over too. I finally got my order placed and watched as the gentleman that had ordered before me cancelled his order because they told him they were out of cobbetts. A manager came out and refunded his money while the rest of the clerks watched. I finally got my order at 8:52, I got it home and it was dark meat on both, there was no butter, no utinsils or napkins and my register receipt was not in the bag either. While I was waiting, my husband noticed several teenagers going in a side door and coming out with boxes of food. They did not have uniforms on so I don't believe they worked there. This manager did not have any idea what was going on in the front I saw 4 people total working in front and the drive up was backed up and front was too. The manager should have helped or at least told the others to quit fooling around. We have been customers for over 30yrs at this store and I don't think we will be again, if this lack of service continues. We do love the chicken, and all the sides but without good service, at our age its worth it to go somewhere else. Hope you can resolve this, we don't want any fired just to use the skills you give them. Thank You, Sandy Woodcox
