i will address a couple thing only today - but i could give you way more info that i want to spend time giving you...

first off - the individual, ... a real nice young woman, did her job and there is no problem with her or how she performs her task - at all...

problem arise with the pathetic equipment used to put in the order... it's so in need of being replaced... the sounds are unintelligible... the volume is alway bad --- either so loud it squeaks and can not be understood --- or --- just the opposite... so soft and weak in tone you have no idea at all what is being said, all the while sounding like an old chipmunk movie... !

you advertise a fish sandwich... it's on the menu - it's in the windows on a display poster... this location sold it for a day... a day... then , when asked - it said its may not get it again... ... sooooo if that's the way it is, the remove it from the publics view so we don't try and order it... i guess this location is a test market...

i never get the drink that comes with an order --- (when i do, i get a bottle of water) ---- and if i ask for one - they charge me for it... which you don't see till you are out of there...

if - they are out of something and they ask you to pull over and say they'll bring it out --- it takes a tremendous amount of time all the while several "several" cars that follow, get service and move on... i'v waited 15 minutes before here for these guys... 15...!

i order a 4 piece 99% of the time...

i get combinations of everything imaginable--- but 2 wings a tiny leg and a try - today just mad me so irritated...

WTF - this is typical of this location..

typical, no exaggeration need to stress the way they work... ... nope... they really could give a [censored]... !

as long as they sell - it's no problem,... customer service is not at all a priority..

i come here regularly and just put up with the crap... but it's getting old... i come at all time of the day and night, so this in not subject to any specific person or shift...

like i stated, the young woman that works the wind today was doing fine and you can see it in her face she too is embarrassed at the way things go...
