I recently had spine surgery and AM on pain meds, I drive a truck with Permanant handicap plates. I first went to the drive thru window about 10 am, asked for my monthly refill for pain meds. I knew it had been thirty days. The woman at the window told me I had to call the following day. this was through the open sliding window. I went to Walmart and while there my phone said I had a text message from CVS telling me my pain med prescription was ready. I went back. When I did the same window same woman who asked over the intercom what I wanted, I told her, she refused to open the sliding window to hand me my prescription or form to sign. She told me I would have to get out of the truck and get it that it was too cold to open the window, the same window she opened one and a half hours earlier to tell me I could not get my prescription that day. I asked for a manager, A woman who said her name was Brittany or Brenda said she was the lead pharmacy tech, and she was in charge. that they did not have to open the window if they chose not to. This negates the purpose of a drive thru for non-ambulatory people. The woman at the window would not tell me her name but she is a white woman who had black hair with blue streaks dyed in it. This complaint is the primary action before the court action I am bringing on CVS and these two women.
Desired outcome: both of these women should be fired. But they can pay the punitive damages I will seek for discriminatory behavior against an handicap man
