Popeyes

My name is Gwenda Forker, my email is [protected]@msn.com. We went to the drive though Popeyes in Lynchburg VA, store number 13591, on [protected]. The gentlemen taking the orders, was very hard to understand, so I kept asking him to repeat himself. he got agitated and rude with me. he had to reorder my order several times because he kept messing it up. When I got to the payment window, we were informed that it would be about 5 minutes, due to a large order before us. I was okay with that. I pulled out front of the restaurant and we waited 25 minutes, which I may have okay with, however, we were missing all sauces, eating utensils, drinks, and mashed potatoes. The 2 people that brought our food out were super nice, but upon reaching our hotel, realized that the chicken orders were incorrect. We ordered 2 of the big boxes, and a 3 piece spicy meal. The boxes were not BIG boxes and the 3 piece meal was not spicy. This was our first visit ever to a Popeyes and frankly maybe our last. For a meal that cost $32, was only worth about $5.
