On 10/13/2022 I purchases a Cub Cadet ZT150" mower with the hour meter, fender kit and double bagger. It was set to be picked up on 10/19/2022. After no communication I called on 10/27/2022 and was told that the mower was not ready and I would have to call back on Monday, 10/31/22, and talk to Ken, the manager who sold me the mower. I was then told by Ken that they did not have the bagger in stock and was not certain when they could get one. I asked if any other store had one and was told that another store had three. I asked if they could get it from there and was told that they could not transfer items between stores. I told him to just put the items they had on and I would pick up the bagger myself. He told me they could not install it if I bought it from another store that I would have to install it myself. I then drove 32 miles to the other store, instead of 6 miles to my local store only to find out that the bagger was not on clearance there, it was $ 279.00 off, so I had to pay full price, $579.00 instead of $300.00. The mower was delivered on 11/3/22, twenty one days later. Needless to say I am not happy at all with Home Depots service or their so called customer service. Would not recommend them at all.
Desired outcome: Refund for the extra $279.00 would help.
