booking.com promised a room that had a kitchen, the lady at the front desk laughed. meanwhile we brought a $30 dinner that consist of frozen meat and other items that can not be used. one reason we booked this room was bec. it had a hot tub. there is no hot tub. the description said sound proof rooms so we bought a $50 Bluetooth speaker. my daughter said she could hear my girlfriend and i talking extremely low all the way to the elevators. the dining area is closed day and night. and we just asked for a couple more bath towels..there was only 2 for 3 adults and a child. she said she would have to hunt some down. i am a single motber and spent alot of money that took a long time to save up and had to do without alot to do so and wasted it on items that were not able to be used and some will be trashed bec. of your misleading adds. also with the no hot tub is very depressing and were alot of our plans and reasoning for staying here. and the salt water pool looks completly different than any water iv ever seen and the lady said its supose to be salt water but isnt. i dont even think its safe to swim in it. so we spent all this money to go 20 min from home to be able to do nothing but sit in the hotel room. i would ljke to be compensated in some way. even if it is one night to a very nice hotel of my choise in my area or for my daughter and i and my significant other to be able to go do something since nothing was true on yojr add for this hotel. and my daughter will only be in town for a very short time
