Navy Federal Credit Union [NFCU] - Credit card

My experience with Navy Federal Credit Union during the tumultuous times of the COVID-19 pandemic has been nothing short of a nightmare. In May 2023, I requested a one-month deferral due to the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic, only to have my trust shattered and my financial stability compromised. Despite their assurances of rectifying the situation early in each month, Navy Federal Credit Union repeatedly failed to honor their commitments. Each month, I was assured that my records would be corrected, only to find myself facing the same detrimental consequences by month-end.

This inconsistency has cost me thousands in lost credit, jeopardized my clearance, and sabotaged my chances of securing a mortgage approval. Moreover, their erroneous reporting has not only impugned my character within their organization but has also tarnished my reputation externally. The repercussions of their negligence have been dire, impacting not only my financial well-being but also my professional standing.

Adding insult to injury, Navy Federal Credit Union debited two unauthorized payments from my account in June, compounding the financial distress I was already facing. Despite their promises of remediation, their actions have only exacerbated the situation, leaving me stranded in a sea of uncertainty and despair. I demand immediate correction of the May 2023 late payment on all records, both internally and with every credit reporting agency.

It is imperative that Navy Federal Credit Union rectifies their egregious errors and restores my financial integrity. I have never been 30 days late in my payments, and it is imperative that this discrepancy is promptly addressed to mitigate the irreparable damage inflicted upon my financial well-being.

In conclusion, Navy Federal Credit Union's breach of trust and failure to uphold their commitments during a time of crisis is utterly deplorable. I caution others to exercise extreme caution when entrusting their financial affairs to such an unreliable institution.

Claimed loss: $154 duplicate payment taken june 2023 without knowledge$7000 lost credit

Desired outcome: Immediate correction to internal records, correction to all CRA's, credit issued to account for monetary relief for damages incurred and duplicate payments pulled without authorization.

NAVY FEDERAL TARGET BLACK PEOPLE AND BULLY THEM! if you speak up the will retaliate on you... This bank is trash and should be exposed. and I will continue to write about these horrible people and I will never be scared to speak the truth .. I did not make any transactions , Im not taking down my reviews and I was victimized at this location. My Truth is Never going to change, and they can put fake charges on any credit card they want and falsely report to credit agencies and I will say the same thing!

Navy Federal Credit Union [NFCU] - Usery account changes

The worst Federal Credit Union that likes to screw "VETRANS" example I have over $ 113, 000.00 in various accounts. I asked for some checks for my checking account and received them, so one day I wrote a check to Wells Fargo from the batch I received and as it turned out it was not my checking account the local office printed money marked checks and they bounced my check and charged me $ 29.00 return fee eventhough the money was in my checking account and Wells Fargo charged me an additional $ 25.00 for a returned check for a total loss of $53.00 when I had plenty money in the credit union and a similarly event just happened...that's how they like to screw a 81 year old Vetran PLEASE BEWARE MY MILITARY 🪖 BROTHERS.
