I was shopping in the store about 2 weeks ago, I didn't take it to complain until now, but nevertheless I did encounter a disturbing experience shopping there on this particular day. There is a "courtesy clerk" by the name of "Debbie" and she is the one that I have the issue with. I was checking out and I had a small cart with the intentions of just grabbing a few things but I ended up buying more than intended. As I was being occupied with the cashier, I looked over at my groceries as "Debbie" was bagging them and noticed that she was just throwing bags of groceries in the cart, the items weren't properly bagged (heavy stuff and light stuff combined together) making my bread and eggs smashed and cracked, but all the while I was too busy looking at the total and talking with the cashier about my groceries. Also, as I was leaving, "Debbie" mumbled under her breath that she hated "customers" that use small carts and yet "overload" the cart. I heard her clearly and turned around and questioned her about what she said, she had nothing to say and yet the customer standing there looked at me and he gave me the look like, "uh oh he heard what you said" type of a look. I then said to her to watch her comments and what she says about people. After that I went to load my car and noticed that all of my groceries had just been thrown around and "messy" type of bagging with no attention to details. My complaint about "Miss Debbie" is that if she doesn't like "Customer Service, " then she better go find another job because she's in the wrong business if she's going to have an attitude like that. On the "Other hand" I do want to make a "Compliment" towards another "Courtesy Clerk" that I just recently encountered who bagged my groceries, by the name of "Jared W." is what his "nametag" said is his name. Anyway, it was the same situation as with "Debbie" but Jared did an "EXCELLENT" job in bagging my groceries and even smiled and complimented me in filling up my cart, and that he could relate! I was impressed!
