I have called Accredo 6 times and unfortunately, I am given a different answer on the status of my husband's new cancer medication prescription.
Including stating the trouble was with my insurance provider and I better call them.
Accredo made a test prescription to start his account and kept telling me they had filled the prescription when they had not. The trouble has always been with Accredo.
Each phone call was a minimum of 43 minutes with promises to contact pharmacists to get both prescriptions filled plus a callback. Neither happened.
The process started March 3rd, 2022, and as of March 22, 2022, I still don't have my husband's life-saving critical cancer medication.
Accredo is supposed to care about critically ill people, but appears to not give a dam as all of their staff is grossly undertrained!
Desired outcome: Premera insurance to FIRE Accredo and switch to a new medication provider as I have no confidence in Accredo's ability to function properly and provide quality care today or in the future!!!!!I trust Dr Suess more than the Accredo team.
