Ordered two wall hugger recliners - model# 41993- (ord#WP51170725) on Nov 10th. ON Nov 17th, I came home to find two large boxes. After struggling to get them inside, opened, and I assembled the chairs... only to discover they were the wrong ones. They sent rocker/recliners, not WALL HUGGERS. Model # on the box was 62811. Went to the HD store to inquire about returning. Told I had to bring them back. I'm a 58yr old single woman with a Honda Accord! This is why they were delivered. Told I had to pay $89 to come pick them up for return - NO NO NO! After back and forth, they arranged to come pick up the chairs. It took 1 1/2 weeks to do so, and I had to wait for the credit to process for the return before I could reorder, which I did on Nov 29th (ord# WE10780862)
Today, Dec 7th I came home to 2 large boxes again. Boxes not turned right side, and cardboard ripped and a mess. ONCE AGAIN - THE WRONG CHAIRS! Same model number (62811, NOT 41993. Do the warehouse workers not know how to read numbers! This is out of hand. I want the correct ones delivered at the same time as the wrong ones picked up this time! I've now waited almost a month, and I want my chairs!
Desired outcome: Pick up wrong chairs delivered, and deliver the correct chairs at the same time. I want a phone call from someone no later than Friday, Dec 9th253-293-1456 (Kathy)
