Safeway - annie (mod)

This evening I took a friend and her two little girls to see Frozen 11. We stopped in for treats after the movie. We entered the store and our first stop was at the dippin dots. The top basket was out of Cotton Candy dippin dots so I picked up the top basket and pulled 2 packs from the lower basket. I put the basket back in its proper place. We then went to the Ice cream section and back to the bakery department and last of all to the deli. We went thru the self checkout and Maria was our overseeing clerk at self checkout. Our bill came to just under $40.00 .. Our experience was pleasant. We left the store and went to my car. At this point I realized I didn't have my keys. I went back in the store and first went to the self checkout and asked Maria if she had seen my keys. She said no. My next stop was the dippin dots. As I was walking to the dippin dots Annie, the (MOD) walked up and I asked her if she had seen a set of keys. Annie asked where I left them. I told her that we just checked out. We spent $40.00. If I knew where they were I wouldn't be asking.. Annie was more interested in seeing our receipt than she was in helping me find my keys. Annie then told me she would call the police to help me. I told Annie that would be great.. I then opened up the dippin dots and picked up the top basket to see if my keys were under the top empty basket. That was when Annie accused me of tearing apart her store and said she was going to call the police.. I told her again to go ahead.
That was when another employee said that they just found some keys. The employee handed my keys to Annie.. Annie held my keys behind her back with a smirk on her face. She then made me describe my keys before releasing them to me. At that point I had about had it with Annie's attitude. I grabbed my keys and headed for the door.. That was when Annie yelled across the store front that I wasn't welcome in her store again and that that goes for Riteaid also. I asked Annie, " What does Riteaid have anything to do with this?" I have not been at Riteaid but I am a regular customer at Riteaid in Bremerton. Maria tried to mediate and console me while Annie was treating me like a criminal and accusing me of criminal activity elsewhere I do believe ..Nevertheless I found Annie to be completely out of line and extremely unprofessional. She was also accusatory and just plain [censored]y. Maria however remained professional the whole time. I assure you, with a manager like Annie, Silverdale Safeway is the last place on Earth I would shop at.
