Hello,
If you would like to have dangerously high blood pressure go to the Home Depot in Tukwila, Washington! Ordered 6500$ in flooring supplies and ended up canceling everything due to horrible customer service! After having the pallets of flooring delivered to my home I went to the store to pick up the special order supplies. The employee I started with told me to wait while she went to go find my order. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes and checking with several other employees who told me to wait as I'd already been helped I found out the employee who was helping me went to lunch. When I asked why I wasn't told she had gone to lunch and why another employee didn't take over what she was doing they told me it was my fault! I asked to speak with the manager who was of no help! I returned my entire order and will never spend any of my money there again!
