View all 392 complaintsLongHorn Steakhouse - I’m complaining about the lack of service me and my family received and the failure to accommodate us for a graduation celebratory meal.
On 12/15/22 me and approximately 12 family members or more arrived at Longhorn Steakhouse and we were denied service. The Managing Partner (Rosa David) first stated that her restaurant would not accommodate more than a group of 12 individuals. After we agreed that it would only be 12 of us she still refused to accommodate us. I believe that it was because we were African American and this restaurant is located in a predominantly White and Hispanic area. The Managing Partner Rosa David refused to allow us dine although we tried to adjust our group to fit her needs. I am extremely disappointed, and upset that this would happen at a time where we were celebrating a graduation event. The limited party number isn’t listed on the website nor is it listed on the door. This is unacceptable and action needs to be taken.
Desired outcome: That Rosa David be removed as a Managing Partner and any limited guests should be posted on the website or posted where it’s visible to guests.
