On June 21st. 2011 I took me sears kenmore vacuum cleaner into the store in Marshfield, WI to be fixed. The beater bar protectors on the bottom had all broken of the protection plate. I have paid for extended warranty's! So they said they would send it in under warranty and there would be no charge. They would send it out to the repair shop by UPS. OK So two weeks later I called the Sears store and asked if it was back yet. They said no they haven't heard anything about it. A week later I went to the store and still no vacuum cleaner. So I asked for a number I could call to get information about the repair and find out whar the hold up was. I called and all they said is there is no update about the vacuum cleaner. I said what does that mean, and she said she would have a repair man call me back. Which never happened. So I got on the telephone and called a number I found in the phone book and they said there has been no repair done because they can't find my vacuum cleaner. So I waited another day and called the Sears store in Marshfield again and told them what they had told me about not even having my vacuum cleaner. Up until now no one even has looked for it or been concerned that it was missing. Well now, they say it is lost and the UPS man lost it, so now they have begun looking for it. I am so mad by now that I find a number [protected] for the corporate heads and call them relating my story. There concern was how I got there number, not my vacuum cleaner! Finally they say they will look into it and get back to me. They also gave me a number to a Kierra [protected] ex.35. I call the number back and the person who answers says you cannot get that person here at this number and hangs up on me! WOW Now what to do. I call Sears in Marshfield, WI again and they say it is lost for sure! The next day Keirra from Corporate calls back and says they will give me a new vacuum cleaner. She will have to call back the next day to confirmit. Well, she calls back and says they found the vacuum cleaner and it will be fixed and sent back to the Marshfield WI store by today August 22, 2011. I can go pick it up. Needless ro say, I went to pick it up and it wasn't there! Sears in Marshfield, WI called corporate office and was told it hasn't even been looked at or fixed yet. They told me not to come back until they call me now. So I called the Sears Corporate and offices, and guess what? No one can come to the telephone they are all to busy. So I left a message for them to call me back, and it's 5:25 pm cst and no call back yet. Both Kierra and another lady named Tina had called me on the weekend and said my vacuum would be fixed and back to the Sears store in Marshfield, WI for pickup today August 22, 2011. It has been two months dealing with Sears and nothing is resolved yet and it doesn't look like it will come to an end any time soon. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I will never buy another thing form them! Buyers Beware don't put your self in my place and go through this, buy from any other retailer. Two Months to fix a Vacuum Cleaner and they haven't even LOOKED AT IT YET! I f anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this, please post them ! Thank You Susan Carolfi
