I rented a car from the Milwaukee Airport's Budget rental center at 11:20 pm Thursday, Jan 12. 5300 S. Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI. The car had a major oil leak and left puddles of oil on my parent's driveway. I reported the leak on Friday, Jan 13 at 10 am. They offered to replace the car but I would have needed to return to the rental office and return to my parent's home. This would have been 1 hour, 30 minutes travel time and this didn't work for me so I canceled the rental. They refunded the rental but refused to pay to have the oil cleaned up.

Desired outcome: Budget pays to clean up oil spill on driveway.
