An India man named "Chris" with a thick accent answered the phone then called me back from a "generated" number. Said he was at RSW (lie). Said I had to pay $12 over the phone after we prepaid $300! Said it was the ONLY way they could hold the car for us... as we were coming down off the plane. [protected] was one of the numbers and the other was [protected]. We called [protected] which is what RSW Budget had listed on the website. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD # TO INDIA OVER THE PHONE. SHAME ON BUDGET!
