I had rented and paid for a rental in Orlando at the airport for 4/17 mid afternoon. Our plane from Puerto Rico took less time to fly there than the proccess of getting my rental. I, a 76 year old woman, waited in line for 2 hrs, lugging a heavy suitcase and other belongings. Most of the time, they only had one person behind the counter. the 2nd person kept disappearing. They were indifferent to the hundreds of people waiting on line. To add insult to injury, when I finally made it to the counter, they assigned me a car which had already been assigned to someone else. That meant going back to the counter to be given another car. This is totally unacceptable. Budget was the only counter with a line, Avis - which supposed owns Budget, just sat around waiting for customers while we stood in line for hours. This lack of support is reflected in your reviews but unfortunately I read those after my issue. I would like to be compensated for my loss of time, energy and un-necessary stress. thank you.
