I did not receive all of my order and did not find out until I was home. When I spoke with the employees, there was no apology and no surprise that I had a missing order. I requested a refund and was told to come back with my food. My wife drove back and got my missing item, and did not receive an apology or explanation.

No refund, remake, or apology was offered.
I was treated as an imposition on the phone and have no desire to go back to that dirty store.
Desired outcome: I should have receive an apology and offered a refund for my missing item: at the minimum. At this point however, I want a refund for my entire order ($32.20) as the store is 5.4 miles round trip
