Safeway

Hello, I was in one of your stores today, and was looking for a specific item, an item that I know Safeway sells. While I was at the 700 S Greeley Hwy

United States location, I asked an employee of yours to assist me with finding this item. They're the Harvest Pea Snaps. So, I approached a guy that was working at the "U-Scan" lane and politely asked him if he could have someone, or if he look for the item in question. As I was able to find the Caesar flavored harvest snaps, but not the original/lightly salted. The person who was named William told me that no, he couldn't check, nor would he ask anyone else to check, as he was "just in the back" and he "didn't see anything like what I was looking for". William proceeded to tell me that there were only two Safeway employees working right then, which was clearly a lie, because I saw another employee upon entering the store. This is not the type of customer service I'm used to receiving at Safeway. I shop at Safeway, even though it is very overpriced (in my opinion), because I usually receive excellent customer service there. However, this was not the case today. I am very disappointed.
